Jonathan Duarte is a visionary and leader in the Recruitment Technology space; having built three companies in the HR Tech and Recruiting Markets.

In 1996, he founded one of the first job boards, GoJobs.com
While building GoJobs, Jonathan architected the largest job distribution network, including; the file-sharing parameters across to over 1,000 job boards. In addition, GoJobs had over 12.5 million pages ranked in the Google search engine, in 2007.

In 2014, Jonathan started working with GoodHire, a nascent startup, building the first Small Business Employment Screening companies.

In 2016, Jonathan launched GoHire, to leverage text messaging as a way to communicate and build recruiting automation technology to Acquire, Engage and Hire the mobile-first frontline workforce.
