GoHire Talks Guest Information

"The legacy we leave behind are the people we mentor."

Thank you for your interest in GoHire Talks!

We’re excited to have you!

I created GoHire Talks because over the last 29 years I’ve been extremely fortunate to have had numerous mentors, from CHROs, CPOs, CFOs, to every level of HR and Talent Acquisition practitioner and leader.

I’ve been able to attend conferences, to learn from the best, and to share stories and experiences.

Not everyone has those opportunities, so I want to bring the knowledge and experiences to them.

Now, it’s time to give back!
And, I encourage you to join me.

You were invited for a reason!

I think you have something to share, and hopefully, encourage or inspire another, no matter where they are in their career or in the world.

The workforce that we knew is changing, and quickly!

More than ever, it’s a time to share and mentor, instead of worrying about AI.

I want to give you the microphone, to learn about you, your successes, and failures, your passion, what drives you, or just the “I wish I knew…”

Join me, and start building your legacy.

Thank you again.

The Details:

It’s super quick, super-simple video interview, and over in 30 minutes (well sometimes), via a Zoom video call.

Think of it as a fireside chat, full of amazing insights, stories, and tactics.

I’ve found that the most listened to an viewed podcasts are conversations that seem to be two colleagues, or old friends, when the stories and learnings just come naturally from good questions.

If you’re up to it… Just book a time below!

Below is a calendar, find a time that works, and book a time.
If you can’t find a time that works, send me an email, and we’ll figure out some times that work.

The Interview Process:

  • First 1-5 minutes: The Green Room. Starting on time, we’ll talk with the recording off, to understand your experiences and what you are most interested in sharing.
  • Next 5-25 minutes: We’ll turn on the recording, and go for it. I’ll do a quick introduction of you, and we’re off.
  • Last 5 minutes: We book a follow-up call for the podcast promotion… We know how to get lots of listeners, but it does take a team.

We work hard to keep the call to 30 minutes.
Some podcast interviews go over, if it’s agreed upon and the topics are great.

Post Production:

We’ll schedule a 15 minute quick follow-up call to discuss the publication date and how we can get your interview as widely viewed as possible.

We’ve had over 20,000 impressions on a single episode on LinkedIn, in the past. It’s rare, but we know the strategy, but we need your help to make it happen.
