Today, GoHire, Inc., a recruiting ai solutions provider, launched GoBe, a conversational chatbot that helps job seekers find, view, and apply for jobs directly within Facebook Messenger.
Employers can create customized pre-screening questions, for each job, making it easy for recruiters to prioritize candidates. Additionally, job applications can be routed to specific recruiters, or have their profiles “pushed” to an employer’s applicant tracking system.
